- Ink the edges of a 5"x5 1/2" piece of blue “mesh” paper. Glue centered on a 5"x6 1/2" piece of lime “mesh” paper. Stamp asterisks across the top and bottom of the lime paper and add a mini brad to each corner. Ink the edges of a 5"x4 1/2" piece of striped paper and glue it centered on the blue paper. Place the card with the fold on the left and glue the papers to the card front.
- Computer journal “It's official!” on lime paper and “You're” on a blank tag cut-out. Ink the edges of “It's official!” and glue a gingham ribbon tab behind the right end. Glue “It's official!” in the top left corner of the striped paper and foam tape a flower tile cut-out over the left end. Add a mini brad to the “You're” tag and foam tape it to the right side of the paper. Glue gingham ribbon across the bottom of the striped paper.
- Place the Hot Sheet in an electric skillet or in a pan on a stovetop and heat to about 300°. Sprinkle clear powder on a chipboard tag and place it on the Hot Sheet until the powder melts, using a toothpick to clear the hole in the tag's tab. Sprinkle Sapphire powder into the melted clear powder and mix with a toothpick. Remove from heat and immediately stamp the number into the melted surface; let set.
- Remove the stamp and tie a bow of gingham ribbon thorough the tag's tab. Zot™ the tag to the bottom of the striped paper so the bow overlaps the ribbon length.
- Inside: Ink the edges of a small piece of lime “mesh” paper, then double-mat on blue “mesh” and striped papers, inking the edges of each. Stamp an asterisk in the top right corner of the lime paper and glue “happy birthday” cut-outs to it. Glue the sentiment centered on the card inside. Zot™ a knot of gingham ribbon in the top right corner.
