- Use the green gingham paper as the background. Glue a 6"x8 1/2" piece of Bubbles/Circles paper centered and even with the right edge of the background. Mat a 6"x9" photo on white cardstock and trim the left edge even with the edge of the photo. Mat again on Blue Bubbles paper, trimming the left edge even with the edge of the photo. Glue the photo even with the left edge of the page.
- Sand the edges of monograms to spell “splish”. Cover the “p” with Blue Bubbles paper. Glue the word across the top of the Bubbles/Circles paper, foam taping various letters. Zot™ a knot of aqua ribbon to the “p” and add two lime mini brads to the “h”.
- Cut Blue Bubbles paper to a tag shape and mat on white cardstock. Punch a hole in the tab and attach the “splash” Brad Buddy™ to the tag. Add a loop of embroidery floss through the punched hole and foam tape the tag under the word “splish”. Wrap the loop around one of the “splish" monograms.
- Computer journal on white cardstock and cut to three strips. Ink the edges, then glue the strips surrounding the tag on the Bubbles/Circles paper. Accent one strip with a lime mini brad.
- Add two fish-shaped brads below the journaling strips. Layer lime and yellow silk flowers and attach them in the bottom right corner of the photo with a blue mini brad.
