- Place the card with the fold at the top. Glue a 2"-wide strip of yellow gingham paper even with the card fold, trimming the paper even with the card edges. Place pastel striped paper with the stripes running vertically, then tear and roll the top edge. Glue the striped paper covering the bottom portion of the card front, overlapping the bottom of the gingham paper with the torn edge of the striped paper. Trim the striped paper even with the card edges.
- Place the card on a work surface. Emboss swirls across the bottom of the card front, extending off the edges.
- Punch out pink and blue monograms to spell “Baby” and place them on a work surface. Emboss swirls on each of the monograms, extending off the edges. Add a bow brad to the first “B” and the “y”. Attach the monograms to the striped paper, foam taping the monograms with bow brads and gluing the others flat.
- Wrap a length each of pink and blue sheer swirled ribbon around the top of the card front, tying the ends together on the front side.
- Inside: Emboss swirls across the bottom of a 6 1/2"x4" piece of light blue textured paper. Add a bow brad in the bottom left corner, then glue the paper centered on the card inside.
