- Use the tan paper with the large blue letters as the background. Cut a 2 1/2"-wide strip of tan/blue plaid paper and tear along one long edge. Stamp the straight stitch along the torn edge of the strip. Glue the strip even with the left edge of the page, placing the torn edge on the right and leaving it unglued.
- Stamp a swirl running off the top right corner of the page. Mat a horizontal photo on light blue paper, then glue it to the top of the page with the right edge tucked under the unglued edge of the plaid strip. Finish gluing the torn edge of the plaid strip. Use yellow mini brads to add two yellow turn mounts to the right corners of the photo.
- Attach the teddy bear tag at an angle at the top of the plaid strip with a yellow brad in the tab.
- Stamp a swirl centered below the photo and add a yellow mini brad to each end. Glue the “tiny boy”, “adorable”, and “miracle” ribbon cut-outs around the swirl.
