- Turn the card so the fold is at the left. Trim 1/2” from the right side of the card front. Cover the card front with the brown words and swirls paper. Cut a 4 1/2”x3” pink rectangle, sand and ink the edges. Attach a sheer brown ribbon across the center of the pink rectangle.
- Sand two brown standard brads and attach near the ends of the ribbon. Sand a brown great big brad and add to a large pink flower, then attach to the center of the ribbon. Glue the pink rectangle centered on the card front. Sand the edges of the card front and then ink them. Cut out the pink tiles to spell “hello”, then sand and ink the edges and glue across the top of the card. Attach the “friend” cut-out near the flower, as shown.
- For the inside: Sand and ink the edges of a 2”x6 1/2” pink rectangle and glue even with the right edge of the inside back. Sand and ink the edges of a 1 1/2”x6 1/2” brown rectangle, and glue over the pink rectangle, even with the card edge. Write or computer print ”You're so” on the pink tag, then sand and ink the edges. Sand and ink the edges of the “dear to my heart” fragment. Attach the tag overlapping the papers, then glue the fragment over the bottom of the tag. Zot™ a knotted ribbon over the top of the tag.
