Just recently became addicted to paper crafting, so my question is a bit dated. I noticed that there must have been a free label downloadable for Kaleidoscope at one point in time; is it still available, or will it become again in the future?

Omgoh, really double sided paper, I was so happy to see this, you ladies are always thinking of fresh new projects thank you for showing them to us I would be lost without my webisodes, and to paulette I would love to here more about how paper wishes came to be :) so you started it and your sister is now vice president did you girls grow up around crafting , just wondering, you {if you ever have the time}

I'm loving watching the webisodes but I can't find the instructions. I want to order the Money Saving packets but want to be sure I can put them together once I receive them. Thanks

The instructions for the projects on the webisode can be found under the webisode screen. Just click where it says "Click here for instructions and project photos." We recently made this more visible so I hope that helps.

I love the double sided papers, and am anxious to see more. I always love the webisodes and refer back to previous webisodes often. Week of webisodes is my favorite. Theresa does a fabulous job. She is so very talented. You must have the most fun "job" in the world. I would love to do what you all do every day.

Fabulous webisode. Teresa's cards just seem to get better and better. In fact, the whole design team is very, talented. I am so happy that you finally got double sided paper. I hope your first pack is not your last.

We like the new Heart Mixems Dazzles for Valentine's day. While we won't have a specific Valentine Card Kit, I bet the new Spun Sugar or Chocolate Dipped Card Kits would work beautifully!

While he doesn't scrapbook, my husband fully supports my hobby as the family historian (he's the one who pointed that out!). Lately, I've been watching your videos in the morning before he heads off to work. This morning he said, "Who is this Theresa they keep talking about?" I told him she is an artist who works for Paper Wishes. Am I correct? Thank you for these videos!

from Paulette: Teresa was the 2nd person I hired at HOTP (my sister was the first). She did everything with me. Designed craft book, wrote instructions, shipped boxes, answered phonesâ€”everything. As we grew she became vice president. She re-married and moved to Arizona. I'm delighted to say she still works with us designing, creating and dreaming up new techniques. But we all miss her being here in the office each day!

OMG! I am in awe of Teresa's talent, but what I really want to know, is how does she trim around things (like the matting behind those flowers)so perfectly. I have tried to pre-draw lines around and then free style and I can't get them to be so uniformed. Is there a secret behind doing this?

from Teresa: I actually eyeball the mat width as I'm cutting and keep my scissors blades steady, sometimes holding them against the table as I'm cutting heavier materials. The other thing I do is go very S-L-O-W-L-Y (very slowly) around the item. The scissors with serrated blades help because I can go very slowly with themâ€”no accidental slipping as I'm cutting.

I start wider, then as I cut, I settle into a width that seems best for me and the item, usually 1/16", then go back and trim the wider areas when I'm done. I can always cut away more if it's too wide in certain areas. Also, I've found that 1/16" is about the widest I can do and still keep the mat even; any wider and I start getting wobbly with the scissors, cutting it less evenly.

The other thought I keep in my head is that it's a handmade card and it should look like I made it, not like a machine cut it. "Organic" and "custom-look" and other thoughts along that line also come to mind. :o)
