Sizzix recommends that you use their Impression Pad with the silicon Rubber pad, It works so much better than the normal cutting pad as it is not as thick and rolls thru the machine faster.

The Texturz Accessory Silicone Rubber mat that we have (and mentioned in the webisode) is also by Sizzix and works wonderfully. Plus it is only $6.99! It is item 4003179.

Wow, especially that last card, the HB one with the star cutout! Beautiful! Thank you so much!

Beautiful cards!! Love the intricacy of the dies. Do you think the dies will work in a Cuttlebug die cutting machine?
Reply from Paper Wishes Customer Service:
They will work with all major manufacturers--actually cutting dies are made to work with the machines on the market. Should not be any problem.

I'm really glad you demonstrated the rubber mat. I have one, didn't know how to use it. Thanks.

Another great webisode, ladies! My first thought (before you showed yours with the Christmas tree) was to do a gate fold card with the Star...so great minds really do think alike. Thank you for showing the embossing mat. I own one, but I've never used it. I was always afraid the cutting portion of the die would cut the mat, so I was never clear how to use it. Now I know. Thanks so much!
