1. Cut an 8"x8" piece of black cardstock. Ink the edges of a 7 3/4" square of blue striped paper and glue it centered on the cardstock and place it with the stripes running vertically. Ink the edges of a 2 1/2"x7 3/4" strip of tan textured paper and glue it even with the left edge of the striped paper. Add zigzag penwork overlapping the right edge of the tan strip.
2. Mat a horizontal photo on black cardstock. Mat again on blue textured paper, tearing and rolling the bottom edge. Mat a third time on black cardstock, tearing along the bottom edge. Knot together one end each of two sheer ribbon lengths. Tape the loose ends behind the bottom left and right edges of the photo mat. With the knot positioned to the right. Add brads to the ribbon ends, then glue the matted photo centered on the background.
3. Glue the blue textured tag with the tab tucked under the ribbon knot. Computer journal the subject's name on tan textured paper and tear out. Ink the edges, glue over the blue tag and add zigzag penwork around the edges.
4. Sand the tops of 9 paw print brads. Attach 1 brad to the tag and the other 8 down the left side of the page.
