1. Cut two 4 3/8"x6 5/8" pieces of purple color block paper and ink the edges. Open the accordion book to the fourth page and glue the papers to the left and right sides.
2. Cut a 4" circle of yellow cardstock and glue it to the bottom of the right half. Ink the edges of a 3"x4 3/4" photo and glue it overlapping the top of the yellow circle. Add a yellow flower epoxy brad to the center of a purple silk flower, then Zot™ the flower in the bottom right corner of the photo. Sand and add penwork to the edges of a bracket punch-out, then glue it to the right of the flower.
3. Punch out monograms to spell the subject's name, plus another blue bracket. Sand and add penwork around the edges of each, then glue across the bottom of the left half of the page. Zot™ a bow of yellow stitched ribbon to the first letter of the name.
4. Write on a yellow label sticker and adhere it above the name. Add a yellow brad to the center of a blue silk flower and Zot™ it above the label.
