- Ink the edges of a sheet of green bracket paper and place it with the bracket on the right. Mat four 3" square photos on brown allover brackets paper and ink the edges. Mat the left and right edges again on aqua allover brackets paper and ink the edge. Mat the left edge of two photos and the right edge of two other photos on striped paper and ink the edges. Glue the photos to the background, leaving about 1 1/2" of space between.
- Cover a “+” and a “&” monogram with striped paper and ink the edges. Accent the “&” with brown mini brads. Foam tape the “+” between the top two photos and the “&” between the bottom two photos.
- Punch a 3/4" circle of aqua allover brackets paper and glue it to a brown big brad. Use the brad to attach a small brown silk flower in the center of the four photos. Cut a “=” sign out of striped paper, ink the edges and foam tape it to the big brad.
- Computer journal two subject's names on white cardstock and ink the edges. Mat on aqua paper, ink the edges and glue each to a small brown tag. Add a brown mini brad to each tag's tab, then foam tape the tags overlapping the two photos. Zot™ a bow of brown ribbon above each tag.
- Write the other two subject's names next to their photos. Add a brown mini brad to the center of the flower on two tab cut-outs. Glue the straight edge of the tabs even with the photos.
- Write “Formula for a Perfect Family” down the top right side of the page. Run a thin strip of aqua paper through the holes on a large brown button, then Zot™ the button in the center of the flower in the bottom corner of the page.
