- Cut two 12"x2" strips of red from the primary color block paper. Wrap the strips around the base of the pail, then remove and glue together one of the overlapping ends. Punch 3/4" circles spaced 2" apart across the long strip. Ink the edges of the strip and the punched circles. Glue the strip in place around the base of the pail. Add zigzag penwork over the overlapping ends of the strip.
- Cut two 3 1/2"x12" pieces of green/striped color block paper. Ink the edges of the strips and add straight stitch penwork. Glue the strips around the pail, overlapping the top of the red strips.
- Mat the “birthday” sticker on red paper and glue to the striped paper. Mat the “celebrate” sticker on the dark blue portion of the blue/green color block paper, then glue to the striped paper on the opposite side of the pail. Add cross stitch penwork around the edges of the stickers.
- Mat the “surprise”, “party” and “good times” stickers, one above the other, on the light blue portion of the blue/green color block paper. Add straight stitch penwork and glue to the striped paper, between the other two stickers.
- Cut a 1 5/8"x2 5/8" piece of blue from the primary color block paper, then ink the edges. Mat on the yellow color block, ink the edges and add a “happy” Brad Buddy™. Glue to the pail between the “birthday” and “celebrate” stickers (opposite the “surprise”, “party” and “good times” stickers).
- Stamp on light blue paper and crop to a circle. Mat on green paper and crop to a circle. Add zigzag penwork around the edges of the blue circle, then glue the papers to the pail's lid. Zot™ a bow of red loopy ribbon to the lid.
- Mat a tag sticker on blue paper and tie it to the pail's handle. Tie various ribbons around the rest of the handle.
