Joy Tag
Instructions: I misted a linen banner with Glimmer Mist to color it and add shimmer for a totally different look! Cut a 1 3/4"x2 1/2" orange circles paper rectangle, then trim corners for a tag shape. Add thin border stickers around the edges, then mat on red textured paper with 1/8” borders. Ink edges black. Mist a mini linen banner with English Ivy Glimmer Mist and set aside to dry. Cut a 3/8” wide multi-color circles paper and ink the edges. Glue across the matted tag 3/8” from the bottom, trimming side edges evenly. Cut a small aqua textured paper tag and ink the edges black. Add “JOY” sticker to the center and a border sticker to the edge. Punch an aqua circle and glue centered to a medium sized flower sticker. Add to the top of the tag on the right side. Add tiny star stickers as shown. Tie yellow baker’s twine through the holes in the misted linen banner and glue to the tag, adding the tiny “JOY” tag beneath the edge as shown. Tie a bow in the baker’s twine at the top. Mat a small photo on yellow patterned paper with a very thin border. Glue centered to the linen banner. Add tiny star stickers as shown.

Instructions: Back a Dazzle sticker with 1 1/2" wide red crepe ribbon rather than paper for a shiny finish. Simply trim the edges evenly with the sticker. To back the tiny banner sticker with paper, cut 1 narrow strip from red textured paper and 1 from aqua textured paper. Use your scissors to cut each strip in angled pieces, alternating direction as you go. Add the pieces to the back of the sticker, trimming any excess as needed. Embellish matted photo with stickers and baker’s twine. |
