- Cover the card front with yellow vellum. Cut a 3 1/2"x5" strip of striped paper and glue it centered on the vellum. Cut a 2"x5" strip of yellow vellum and attach it to the striped strip with vellum glue dots.
- Cut a strip of dots, from the adhesive sheet, and burnish onto the vellum over and under the striped paper. Burnish the green glitter sheet to the dots.
- Burnish a greeting and stars, from the adhesive sheet, over and under the lines of dots and then burnish with the turquoise glitter sheet.
- Adhere the celebration Dazzles™ to the glitter sheets and cut along the edges. Glue to the vellum strip across the center of the striped paper.
- Inside the card: Attach a 1" strip of striped paper to a strip of yellow vellum. Adhere glitter behind the party hat sticker. Burnish a greeting and stars, from the adhesive sheet, and then burnish with the turquoise and green glitter sheets. Attach some small Dazzles™ around the greeting, as shown.
