Birthday Wishes!

- Outside surface: Cover the outside surface with red paper, placing the circles and stripes border even with the bottom edge.
- Inside surface: Cover the inside surface with red texture paper. Cover the pocket flaps with yellow circles paper.
- For the front surface: Glue a green star punch-out and attach a candle Brad Buddy™ in the bottom right corner of the front of the folder. Add a red mini brad to each end of the “Birthday Wishes!” punch-out. Lay a 20" blue ribbon length across the front of the folder. Foam tape the “Birthday Wishes!” punch-out over the ribbon to hold it in place.
- For the inside pockets: Fold up the pocket flaps and glue them in place. Glue a green star punch-out in the bottom left corner of the left pocket. Foam tape a “happy birthday” punch-out in the bottom right corner of the right pocket.
- Computer journal birthday wishes on white cardstock and ink the edges. Mat on orange and lime texture papers and accent with candle brads. Add a ribbon tab to the top of each, then insert into the pockets.
- Fold the folder in half and wrap the ribbon around, tying the tails together to hold the folder closed.
