- Place the card with the fold on the left. Cover the card front with striped paper and sand the edges. Sand the edges of a 5"x4 1/2" piece of aqua texture paper and add penwork along the long edges. Glue the aqua paper above center on the card front.
- Ink the edges of a 4"x3 1/2" piece of yellow dotted paper and add penwork around the edges. Mat on orange texture paper. Stamp “H”s and “B”s on an “H” and “B” monogram, then add penwork around the edges. Glue the monograms to the yellow paper.
- Stamp “happy” and “birthday” on white cardstock and ink the edges. Attach to the right side of the yellow paper, overlapping the monograms, using mini brads. Add a small silk flower above the phrase with a brad in the center. Glue the paper to the right side of the aqua paper.
- Zot™ three knots of various ribbons down the left side of the yellow paper.
- Inside: Sand and ink the edges of a 5"x3" piece of striped paper. Sand the edges of a 5"x2" aqua strip and add penwork to the long edges. Glue across the striped strip. Sand and ink the edges of a 4 1/2"x1 1/2" strip of lime texture paper. Add penwork around the edges and attach a silk flower in the bottom right corner with a brad. Glue centered on the aqua strip.
- Stamp “Y”s, “O”s, “U”s and asterisks on “Y”, “O”, “U” and exclamation mark monograms. Glue the letters across the green strip with the top of the exclamation mark above the silk flower.
- Stamp “to” on white cardstock, then ink and add penwork to the edges. Attach to the left of the word “you” with mini brads. Glue the whole piece across the card inside and Zot™ a bow of ribbon to the top edge.
