- Tear the top and bottom of the pink dot paper to measure 9 ½” wide. Roll the torn paper edges with your finger tips and glue to the center of the striped paper. Cut a 2”x12” strip of striped paper from the second sheet of striped paper and glue to the center of the pink dot paper.
- Mat the 5”x7” photo onto dark pink cardstock, extending the bottom edge to 2” with a torn edge. Roll the torn edge and glue to the right side of the page. Adhere a length of the Dazzle™ border to the center of the extended mat and secure a small pink flower with a lavender brad. Tuck a small pink tag under the flower, journal and add a small heart Dazzle™. Place corner Dazzles™ at the top corners of the photo.
- Adhere the largest Dazzle™ heart to the center of the striped border to the left of the photo. Line the medium heart with dark pink cardstock and foam tape over the center of the larger heart.
- Lightly sand the edges of the “I” and “U” and embellish with a corner Dazzle™ and a portion of a Dazzle™ border. Foam tape the letters above and below the heart.
