Wishes card

Tip: Create a lace border by punching a mirror image along a strip of glimmer paper. Use the Tonic Border System guides set to 3.5 cm on each side of the Cathedral Edger Punch. Begin by punching the center of the paper and then line up the guard with the one side of the outer edge of the punched image. Repeat several times and then move to the opposite side of the first punched image. Punch the Smile Accent within each Cathedral punch. Turn the paper strip over and punch mirror images.
Instructions:
- Place the card with the fold at the left. Cover the card with emerald glimmer paper. Cut a 4 ½” square purple dot paper and glue a 4 ½” x 2 ½” rectangle of mauve flower paper overlapping the bottom to make a 4 ½” x 6” rectangle. Set aside.
- Lace border: Punch the bottom edge of the glimmer paper with 5 Cathedral punches. Punch the Smile punch centered below the Cathedral. Cut the glimmer paper strip to 1 5/8” wide, turn over and punch the mirror image of the Cathedral and smile punches. Glue over the paper seam on the 4 ½” x 6” rectangle and secure aqua blue mini brads centered on the lace.
- Line the large Dazzles™ flower with glimmer paper and a medium flower with purple dot paper. Layer with foam tape and secure an aqua flower mini Brad Buddie™ to the center. Foam tape to the top of the rectangle. Adhere 3 small Dazzles™ flowers to the card front and secure aqua mini brads. Stamp “Wishes” to the rectangle bottom right corner. Glue the rectangle to the card front.
- Inside: Punch 2 Cathedral and Smile punches on glimmer paper. Glue to the left edge of a 5 ½” x 1 ¾” aqua linen print paper. Glue a 3/8” wide strip of purple dot paper along the punched border and adhere 2 mini flower Dazzles™. Stamp “Happy Birthday!” to the right.
