Tip: The un-pressed DicroFibers™ are very fluffy and will need to be bound to the card under something large like a Brad Buddies™. Roll into a ball, flatten as much as possible and place on the paper with a spot of glue under it. After Brad Buddie™ is secured gently pull some of the fibers free.
Instructions:
- Place the card fold on the left. Cover the card with lavender cardstock and apply Sweet Plum ink to the edges. Color the Swirl paper, alternating blue and plum inks. Cut the swirl paper into a 4 ½” x 6” rectangle and glue a 3” wide strip of inked lavender cardstock 1” from the top. Glue the Swirl paper to the card center.
- Mat a 2 ¾” x 3 ¼” rectangle of Swirl paper with white cardstock. Place a tuft of DicroFibers™ at the center and secure to the rectangle with the Star Brad Buddie™. Cut a ½” wide strip of lavender cardstock and stamp with “Surprise!” Glue to extend from under the star.
- Inside the card: Mat a 2 ¼” x 3” rectangle of Color Me paper with lavender cardstock. Ink the edges with plum ink. Secure a tuft of lavender DicroFiber™ with a heart Brad Buddie™. Glue the rectangle to the inside back bottom right corner. Stamp “happy birthday!” above the rectangle.
