Tips: Get double use from your cut out words by using the letter-shaped holes as well as the letters themselves.
I used a glue pen to glue down the intricate leaf shapes; you could use a toothpick and Tacky Glue.
Instructions:
- With the fold on the top, glue a 6 ½”x3” strip of orange foil textured paper across the center of the card.
- Use the Silhouette to cut “{thanks}” into a 6 ½”x5” piece of striped paper from the Rich and Spicy papers. Remove the letters and glue the background to the card so that the orange foil shows through the letter holes. Glue the loose pieces of the letters down (the middle of the A). Save the two curly brackets.
- Glue purple crepe ribbon across the top of the card using Tacky Glue, then glue brown crepe ribbon overlapping the purple ribbon, ¼” from the top. Place 3mm orange crystals across the brown ribbon, spaced ½” apart. Glue burgundy crepe ribbon across the bottom of the card.
- Use the Silhouetted to cut out eight 1 ½” tall leaf shapes (four of Leaf 1033 and four of Leaf 1035) out of brown cardstock. Glue them to the bottom of the card, alternating shapes as shown. Place an orange crystal between each leaf.
- Inside the card: Glue a 6 ½”x1 ½” strip of orange foil textured paper across the middle of the card. With the Silhouette, cut out “for everything” and trim the paper to 1 ¼”x5 ½”. Glue to card over the orange foil and glue down the loose inner pieces of the letters. Glue the two brackets left over from the front above and below the inside greeting.
