1. Use a ruler to tear ½” from the edges of the black/teal paper, revealing the teal torn edge. Sand the black side to reveal the teal and glue to the dark lime cardstock.
2. Place the template onto the light lime green paper and use the cotton swab to apply teal chalk around the outside edge. Apply chalk to the dot border around the inside edge. Cut out around the chalk border, ¼” from the inside edge. Drop the template edge slightly and use the pen to draw a portion of the outer edge below the dot border on the top and bottom of the page only. Glue to the center of the sanded black cardstock.
3. Trace the largest center circle onto light blue cardstock and cut out. Use a pen to trace the stitched border on the inside of the circle. Adhere a 4”x6” photo to the center and glue the cardstock circle to the center of the lime cardstock. Use the dots around the circle on the template to use as a guide when placing nailhead stickers around the photo.
4. Embellish the page with a lime green bow to the left of the photo. Layer lime and aqua flowers on the top left and add a nailhead to the center. Punch a light blue tag with a hole at the top for hanging. Hang from floss from under the flowers and foam tape the tag to the page.
