- Place the card with the fold at the top and ink the edges. Ink the edges of a 6 1/4"x4 3/4" piece of tan gingham paper and glue it centered on the card front. Cut a 2 1/2"-wide strip of striped paper (stripes running vertically) and ink the long edges. Mat the long edges on red gingham paper and ink the edges of the mat. Glue the strip down the left side of the card front, trimming it even with the card edges.
- Punch two holly shapes out of red gingham paper. Trace the negative image of the leaves twice on the right side of the card front using a green pen. Add the punched berries to the traced leaves. Trace swirl C from the template in black pen overlapping each holly bunch.
- Computer journal “Have a jolly Christmas!” on white cardstock, leaving space between “a” and “jolly”. Ink the edges and mat on red gingham paper, then ink the edges of the mat. Glue the sentiment in the bottom left corner of the card front and Zot™ a knot of green ribbon to the left edge.
- Punch a holly shape out of green gingham and red gingham papers. Using the green pieces for the leaves and the red pieces for the berries, outline each with penwork. Glue the pieces in the space between “a” and “jolly”.
- Inside: Cover the card inside with red holly paper and ink the edges. Computer journal “Happy Days!” on white cardstock, leaving space between the two words. Ink the edges of the sentiment and mat on green gingham paper, then ink the edges of the mat. Glue the sentiment centered on the card inside. Punch a holly shape out of green gingham and red gingham papers, outline each piece and glue the pieces between the words.
