- Place the card with the fold on the left and trim 1 1/4" off the bottom of the card front. Cover the remaining card front with yellow textured paper and ink the edges. Punch three starburst shapes evenly spaced along the bottom edge.
- Punch-out a red number monogram. Punch starburst shapes out of green, light blue and dark blue textured papers and glue them to the monogram. Place the monogram on a cutting mat and use a craft knife to trim the starbursts even with the monogram edges.
- Glue the monogram to white cardstock and ink the edges. Trace around the edges of the monogram with a black pen. Mat the cardstock on light blue paper and ink the edges. Glue the matted monogram centered at the top of the card front. Zot™ a knot of red dotted ribbon in the top left corner of the white cardstock.
- Inside: Cover the card inside with red textured paper. Glue a 1 1/4"-wide strip of striped paper even with the bottom edge. Ink the edges of the card inside. Glue red dotted ribbon even with the top of the striped strip, so it's visible below the card front when the card is closed.
- Ink the edges of a 2 1/4"x2 1/2" piece of white cardstock and stamp “celebration!” at the bottom. Mat on blue textured paper and ink the edges. Punch three starburst shapes out of green, yellow and dark blue textured papers. Layer the starbursts above “celebration” and secure them in place with a red mini brad. Glue the whole piece centered at the top of the card inside.
