Celebrate Card

Instructions:
- Apply the Stormy Sky to areas of the Swirl Color Me Gold paper. Fill in the areas with the Tumbled Glass and then use a paper towel to wipe excess ink off the surface areas or gold areas.
- Place the card fold at the top. Cover the card with the blue Swirl paper. Punch a scalloped circle at the lower right corner and save the circle. Glue the white Color Me Border to the lower portion of the card, across the center of the circle.
- Line the gold Stacked Rose Dazzles™ with white cardstock and stack with foam tape. Glue to the center of the circle, over the border. Place the “celebrate” greeting Dazzles™ above the border at the left side of the card.
- Inside the card: Cut a 6 1/2”x3” rectangle of dot paper and color with the tumbled glass, glue to the bottom of the inside back. Glue the punched scallop circle to the left side and glue a smaller white stacked rose to the center with Dazzles™ leaves. Place the “Congratulations!” above the dot paper.
