Boy Oh Boy! Card

Designer's Tip: Inking your card edges with a lighter shade of ink gives it more of an aged look.
Instructions
- Place your card with the fold at the top. Cut a 6 1/4”x4 3/4” ivory cardstock, ink edges with sponge and center on card. Cut a 6”x2” teal stripe paper, ink edges and place 1/8” from lower edge of ivory. Cut 6”x3 3/4” teal paper, punch bottom edge, ink edges and place 1/8 from top edge of ivory. Place a 6” strip of tape 2 3/8” from top edge of teal.
- Ink edges of Gumball Machine. Tie a 12” length of ribbon around it, with a bow at the left. Foam tape to card as shown. Stamp “boy” and “oh” at an angle to the right of the gumballs. Place the puffy “BOY” after the stamping, and stamp “!!” after “BOY.” Place the puffy “What A Day” on the tape strip.
- For the inside: Cut a 6”x2 1/4” teal paper, ink edges and center on card. Cut a 6”x3” ivory cardstock, punch the upper and lower edges. Ink all edges and foam tape over the teal paper. Computer journal “All the best on your special day!” on a 6”x2 3/4” teal paper. Punch the upper and lower edges. Ink all edges and center on the ivory cardstock. Cut a 2” strip of tape and cut an inverted “v” at each end. Cut the tape in half and place each piece on the right and left of the text, as shown.
