love the cards, just one problem. can not order the pleated snowflake template on Mon.'s show. says it is not an item. can you fix?

What beautiful cards!! Each webisode is so gorgeous. Can't wait to see tomorrow's. I think I need the new templates. I need every thing.
I loved every bit of the Christmas Lace projects. They make beautiful Christmas Cards.
I always enjoy everything you show on the webisodes but I wish you would give a little more instruction. For example...how to cut out the designs for the Iris Folding. I have tried many different way but never get smooth edges like yours. HELP!!

The designers use the retractable X-acto® knife to cut out the center designs. That knife has a finer blade and is the best we've found. It is item 7260168 and has refill blades.
