- To ink the handle place the surface on scratch paper. Dab inkpad onto surface, using scratch paper to mask the rest of your project.
- Trace the top flap and back of purse onto the back of red dots paper. Cut and glue to the surface. Turn over and use an X-acto® knife to cut the center slit. Ink the edges of top flap black.
- Trim 1/2" strip of white cardstock. Mat on black with a very thin (less than 1/16") border. Stamp "To:" at left edge of strip. Journal recipient's name and attach strip 1/4" from top of purse flap with the left edge in line with the edge of the center slit. Cut out a small black tag and stamp the framed "made by:" in black at the center. Attach at an angle on the upper-right portion of the purse flap. Attach a mini pink flower with a mini pink brad through the center to the top of the tag.
- Trim a 3/4" strip of striped paper. Mat on black cardstock with very thin (less than 1/16") border at the top and bottom. Attach 1/8" from the bottom of the purse. Trim off the excess from the ends.
