- Thread the green grid ribbon through the blue ribbon slide punch-out, and attach the ends of the ribbon to a page or a card. Turn a pink square punch-out on point and attach it over the center of the ribbon slide punch-out with foam tape. Add a brown number sticker over the pink punch-out. Write on the small tan tag and attach to the side with foam tape.
