- Cover card front with pink/green/blue/tan/brown striped paper, then ink the edges. Ink edges of the "celebrate" sticker and then attach it to the top of the card, leaving the left side loose. Fold a piece of ribbon and add it beneath the left side of the sticker, then press the sticker in place.
- Attach the tan oval sticker, tan label sticker, and "make a wish" sticker to the green leaves and flourishes paper, leaving a thin border. Ink the edges brown. Write "today's your birthday" on the oval sticker and add blue mini flower brads to the ends. Attach the oval sticker and "make a wish" stickers to the card front, as shown.
- Attach the pink paper ribbon across the card, about 1 1/2" from the bottom. Glue green ribbon across the top and bottom of the paper ribbon to create a border, trimming the edges evenly. Attach the center of a 5 1/2" length of ribbon to the right side of the border and attach a pink swirl flower punch-out over the ribbon with foam tape.
- For the inside: Ink the edges of a 5"x1 3/4" striped paper rectangle and glue across the inside. Glue the remaining paper ribbon punch-out across the striped paper with the matted sticker over the center. Write "have a special day!" on the center of the sticker.
