- Cover center portion and long flaps of the envelope with red/black dotted paper, trimming the edges evenly. Cover the small top and bottom flaps with black vines paper, trimming the edges evenly. Ink all the edges. Glue the long flaps and bottom flap together. Wrap the center with ribbon and tie as shown. Add small flower punch-out to the knot with a Zot™, and add the "something to hiphip" punch-out beneath the ribbon.
- Glue the red swirl punch-out to the top flap then add a small red flower punch-out with foam tape as shown.
- Fold the ends of the red and black birthday punch-out and attach together with foam tape. Attach over the ribbon so the top flap tucks under the punch-out as a closure. Add "Hip-Hip Hooray!" punch-out over the bottom flap, and then add a knotted ribbon.
