- With the fold at the left, cover the card front with the burgundy leaves paper and ink the edges. Punch two pink textured circles and one onyx glimmer circle. Glue one pink circle centered on a 3" square of onyx glimmer. Attach a large silver medallion Dazzle™ sticker to the square, so the pink circle is beneath the center circle of the Dazzle™. Glue the square centered to a 3 1/2"x4" pink vellum rectangle. Attach the border Dazzles™ across the top and bottom edges of the vellum. Glue the rectangle to the card front, 5/8" from the top.
- Glue a 5"x1/2" strip of onyx glimmer across the card front, 5/8" from the bottom. Attach a 1 1/4" Dazzle™ medallion over the onyx glimmer circle and glue it centered on the strip. Add a small medallion Dazzle™ on each side. Write or computer print "Happy Birthday" on the small tag and ink the edges. Glue to the card as shown.
- For the inside: Glue the "delight" tag centered on a 2 3/4" square of onyx glimmer paper, and then attach centered to the inside. Glue the remaining punched pink circle overlapping the top of the tag, then attach a 1 1/4" Dazzle™ medallion over the circle.
