  1. Cover the card front with the horizontal green striped paper. Trim the paper even with the card edges. Cut a 4 1/4”x5 5/8” rectangle of green floral paper. Mat with purple paper, leaving a 1/8” wide border on the bottom and right side only. Glue flush with the top and left side of the card.
  2. Tear a 3 1/2”x5” strip of purple floral paper. Adhere the largest medallion near the top, extending off the edge of the paper. Secure a mini green brad at the center. Line two small medallions on the remaining purple paper left from matting. Trim close to the outside edge of the stickers. Glue the smallest medallion to the floral paper and secure a green mini brad to the center. Secure another green mini brad to the larger medallion and foam tape it overlapping the first two Dazzles™.
  3. Adhere a very small medallion to the lower right. Glue the torn paper to the card front as shown. Glue a Dazzle™ border across the lower portion of the torn paper. Foam tape a “best wishes” cut-out to the lower right.
  4. For the inside: Glue a 4 1/2”x5 1/2” purple rectangle with a torn bottom edge to the card inside back. Attach a Dazzle™ border across the bottom near the torn edge. Glue a “Birthday Wishes” cut-out over the border and secure with a green mini brad.
