- With the card fold at the top, cover the card with tan patterned paper. Cut the black glimmer paper to 4 1/4"x5 3/4” and glue to the center of the card. Cut a 3”x4 1/2” rectangle of black script paper and tear the bottom edge. Roll the torn edge and glue to the top left of the card front.
- Cut a 1 3/4” wide strip of tan striped paper and ink the edges black. Glue across the center of the card and trim the strip even with the card edges. Apply a length of self-adhesive swirl ribbon over the tan strip and trim even with the card edges.
- Ink the heart tag edges black and let dry. Thread the tag with sheer ribbon and make a bow. Use foam tape at the top and bottom edges of the heart only, leaving the center open for the felt border. The foam tape will allow the heart to lay flat over the felt ribbon.
- Inside the card: Tear a length of leftover black glimmer paper and mat the back edge of a 1” width of striped paper. Glue the paper border to the bottom of the card inside back and trim the paper even with the card edges. Stamp “I love you” using the Mix Your Messages Acrylic stamps and embellish with a left over scrap of the felt ribbon.
