- Cut a 2 3/4" strip of the green striped paper, ink the edges and attach to the bag front. Stamp "You're Invited" in the lower right corner. Stamp the dots pattern on a yellow flower with blue ink. Layer the dotted flower and an orange flower and attach to the bag with a blue brad.
- For the tag: Cut a 1" wide strip of striped paper, ink the edges and glue to the botton of the tag. Stamp "Who", "What", "When" and "Where" on the tag. Attach a piece of ribbon to the hole at the top of the tag.
