Left Page
- Cut a sheet of striped paper (with the stripes horizontal) into two sections, 7" and 5" wide. Attach the 7" section along the right edge of the red swirls paper. Mat two photos (4"x4" and 4"x6") on pink cardstock with 1/8" borders and ink the edges black. Attach the photos on the red swirls section, leaving 1/4" space between the matted photos.
- Punch out the "Smile" tag, punch out holes at ends and thread white grid ribbon through the ends. Attach the tag with foam tape centered between the two photos. Wrap the left end of the ribbon around edge of the page and tape to the back. Attach the right end of the ribbon just overlapping edge of the striped paper and trim. Attach the pink border sticker over the edge of the striped paper, securing the end of the ribbon.
- Use sticker letters to spell "DeAr SaNtA" across the top of the page. Cut small strips of pink cardstock to place behind the inner sections of the letters, then trim away the excess.
- Use a real letter to Santa, or type up the letter (I used the font "Kid Type Crayon") and print on white cardstock. Trim around the edges (about 5 1/2"x6 1/4") ink edges, then attach at an angle just below "Dear Santa." Let the top corner hang off the page and trim it even. Do your own journaling on pink cardstock (about 2 1/4"x4 1/2"). Ink the edges and attach a loop of green dotted organdy ribbon behind the left edge of the journaling. Attach in the lower left of the striped paper, overlapping bottom edge of the letter.
- Attach a large red heart punch-out with foam tape along right edge of the journaling, as shown. Journal "Toys" on a small red circular punch-out tag and attach with a red mini brad along the upper left edge of the Dear Santa letter.
Right Page
- Attach the 5" section of striped paper from step one along the left edge of a second sheet of red swirls paper. Mat two photos (5"x7" and 3"x5") on pink cardstock with 1/8" borders and ink the edges black. Add a loop of green dotted organdy ribbon behind the right edge of the smaller photo. Attach the photos to the red swirls section, leaving a 1/4" between them.
- Punch out the "Sweet" tag, punch out holes at ends and thread white grid ribbon through the ends. Attach the tag with foam tape centered between the two photos. Wrap the right end of the ribbon around the edge of the page and tape to the back. Attach the left end of the ribbon just overlapping the edge of the striped paper and trim. Attach the red scalloped border sticker over the edge of the striped paper, securing the end of the ribbon.
- Use sticker letters to spell "CLaUs" across the top of the page. Cut small strips of pink cardstock to place behind the inner sections of the letters, then trim away the excess.
- Use a real letter to Santa, or type up the letter (I used the font "Lefty Marker") and print on white cardstock. Trim around the edges (about 3 1/2"x7") ink edges, then attach at an angle near the bottom of the striped section. Let the top corner hang off the page and trim it even. Do your own journaling on pink cardstock (about 2 1/8"x3 1/4"). Ink the edges and attach a loop of green dotted organdy ribbon behind the left edge of the journaling. Attach beneath "Claus," overlapping top edge of the letter.
- Journal "Games" on a small green triangular punch-out tag and attach with a red mini brad along the upper right edge of the Dear Santa letter. Journal "Sweets" on a small green rectangular punch-out tag and attach with a red mini brad along the upper right edge of the larger photo.
