- For the outside: Cover the back and top flap of the pocket with the stripes paper. Glue a piece of green dotted organdy ribbon along the top of the pocket back. Journal "Cookie Exchange" on a red swirls punch-out tag, tie a knot of green dotted organdy ribbon at the top, and attach the tag with foam tape as shown. Adhere the "JOY" sticker tag across the front flap of the pocket. Insert mini white brads through the holes at the ends of the tag.
- Trim a 4 1/8"x3 1/4" rectangle of green dots paper and attach to the pocket front. Attach a 1/2" wide strip of striped paper and a 1/4" wide strip of red cardstock along the bottom of the green dots paper.
- For the inside flap: Cover the inside of the pocket flap with the green dots paper. Trim a 1 3/8" wide strip of red cardstock and attach it centered on the flap then trim the ends. Journal "Christmas Cookies" on a green punch-out ribbon slide, thread with the green dotted organdy ribbon and attach to the panel.
- For the panels: Mat a 2"x2 3/4" photo on white cardstock, leaving 1/16" border, then mat on green dots paper, leaving 1/8" border. Attach the matted photo along the right side of the panel. Attach red punch-out bracket along left side of panel. Layer a tiny red punch-out flower on a small green punch-out flower with foam tape and attach with the petal overlapping the inside of the bracket. Attach a medium red punch-out flower with foam tape along the left edge of the photo. Journal "Family" on a tiny red punch-out tag, punch or cut out a circle at the top and tie a knot of white grid ribbon through the hole. Attach with foam tape in the upper left corner of photo. Decorate the second panel like the first, but place the elements on the opposite side, as shown.
- For the pockets: Cover the pocket with green dots paper and attach the flap to panel to form the pocket. Trim a 2"x2 3/4" photo (to go with the recipe) and attach it centered on the pocket. Journal a recipe title on the red side of small half oval tab and attach it along right edge of the photo. Journal the recipe on 2 3/4"x3 3/4" piece of white cardstock and ink the edges. Mat on red cardstock leaving 1/8" border all around. Slip the recipe inside the pocket.
