Instructions:
- Place the card fold on the left. Glue a 1 ½” x 6 ½” strip of green with yellow dot paper next to the fold. Cut a 3 ½” x 6 ½” strip of golden yellow striped paper and tape the stencil over the paper.
- Apply the chalk using the applicator in a rubbing, swirling motion. Make sure to get into the corners. Glue the paper to the left side of the card.
- Glue the punch-out border covering the paper seams. Foam tape the 3 birthday circles evenly spaced over the border. Apply brown ink to the card edges.
- Inside the card: Cover the inside back with golden paper. Secure the stencil to the lower right corner and apply chalk. Ink the edges of a 5/8”x 6 ½” strip of green/yellow dot paper and glue down the right side of the card. Glue a “Celebrate” circle at the top of the strip.
