It's Your Special Day Project: Decorated Pail Supplies: - Large Clear Pail - Use 'Em for Anything Brights papers - Birthday Words Brad Buddies(tm) - Time for Cake Cardstock Stickers - Susan's Ribbon Set - Special Day Rubber Stamp - black pen - black ink pad - 3/4" circle punch - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Cut two 12"x2" strips of red from the primary color block paper. Wrap the strips around the base of the pail, then remove and glue together one of the overlapping ends. Punch 3/4" circles spaced 2" apart across the long strip. Ink the edges of the strip and the punched circles. Glue the strip in place around the base of the pail. Add zigzag penwork over the overlapping ends of the strip. 2) Cut two 3 1/2"x12" pieces of green/striped color block paper. Ink the edges of the strips and add straight stitch penwork. Glue the strips around the pail, overlapping the top of the red strips. 3) Mat the "birthday" sticker on red paper and glue to the striped paper. Mat the "celebrate" sticker on the dark blue portion of the blue/green color block paper, then glue to the striped paper on the opposite side of the pail. Add cross stitch penwork around the edges of the stickers. 4) Mat the "surprise", "party" and "good times" stickers, one above the other, on the light blue portion of the blue/green color block paper. Add straight stitch penwork and glue to the striped paper, between the other two stickers. 5) Cut a 1 5/8"x2 5/8" piece of blue from the primary color block paper, then ink the edges. Mat on the yellow color block, ink the edges and add a "happy" Brad Buddy(tm). Glue to the pail between the "birthday" and "celebrate" stickers (opposite the "surprise", "party" and "good times" stickers). 6) Stamp on light blue paper and crop to a circle. Mat on green paper and crop to a circle. Add zigzag penwork around the edges of the blue circle, then glue the papers to the pail's lid. Zot(tm) a bow of red loopy ribbon to the lid. 7) Mat a tag sticker on blue paper and tie it to the pail's handle. Tie various ribbons around the rest of the handle. Adhere green border stickers around the base of the pail, centered on the purple strips. 2) Stamp two baskets on brown grid paper and crop around the edges. Glue one basket to the front of the pail and set aside the other. Attach the outlines of three egg stickers to pink, purple and blue papers, then cut around the edges. Stamp a bunny on pink dotted paper and crop around the edges. Glue the eggs and bunny tucked inside the basket that's glued to the pail, then add a grass border across the top edge of the basket. Add an "Easter" sticker to the front of the basket and attach flower and leaf stickers around it. Add "happy easter" stickers to the purple strip below the basket. Zot(tm) a bow of purple sheer ribbon to the basket's handle. 3) Attach grass border stickers around the pail, overlapping the top of the purple gingham strips. Attach three stem stickers coming up from the grass on the back of the pail. Add flower stickers to the top of the stems. Add "Spring Wishes" and "happy spring" stickers above and below the flowers. 4) Glue the second basket to the pail's lid and add an "Easter" sticker. Attach an egg sticker to blue paper, cut around the edges and glue it tucked in the basket. Attach a leaf border sticker across the top of the basket and accent with a flower sticker. 5) Stamp "this basket belongs to:" on white cardstock and crop around the edges. Mat on pink grid paper, cut to an oval and ink the edges. Glue the label to the pail's lid and Zot(tm) a knot of purple sheer ribbon to the left.
