Designer's Tip:This is a great way to use up excess Embossing Glitter that you have collected and not returned to the jars.
Clean the stencil and squeegee immediately after use or place in a basin of water until you can finish your embossing.
- Card front: Use stencil tape to secure the Rounded Template to black cardstock and use the Mini Squeegee to apply Black Embossing Paste over the circles on the stencil.
- While the embossing paste is still wet, remove the template and sprinkle each of the 3 Zing! Glitter Embossing Powders over the wet paste circles one at a time, tapping off the excess glitter after each application. Heat the embossing glitter until the circles become slightly puffy but not to the point of bubbling.
- After the embossed circles are cooled, glue the embossed black cardstock over the blank card, with the fold at the side, leaving 1 3/8” of blank cardstock at the bottom of the card for a greeting. Stamp and Copper Glitter emboss Birthday Greetings “For Someone Special” on the bottom left as shown. Glue a 1/4” wide length of white Metallic ribbon horizontally across the card as shown. Use the ribbon to make a bow and Zot to the right side of the ribbon border.
- Inside: Place the Rounded Template over 5”x 1 3/4” black cardstock and apply Black Embossing Paste. Sprinkle with the 3 embossing glitters as before and heat with gun. Glue border across the card, 1/2” from the bottom edge. Stamp and emboss Birthday Greetings “happy Birthday to you” and emboss with all 3 embossing glitters as shown.
