- For the rectangular tag: Add a drop of blending solution to the plastic, then add a drop of butterscotch ink and stream ink nearby. Mix some butterscotch ink with tiny bit of stream ink to a light green color, then use a piece of felt to apply it over the surface of the rectangular tag. When almost dry, dab a small amount of stream ink randomly over the rectangle, letting it blend in slightly. Let it dry. Ink a small dragonfly Dazzle with black ink and let it dry. Attach to the center of the rectangular tag as shown. Add a crystal sticker to the center of the sticker.
- For the round tag: Moisten the round tag with a small amount of blending solution. Add a drop of stream ink to the right side of the tag, and a drop of butterscotch ink to the left side of the tag. Use a paper towel to blot the excess from the outside edges as the colors mix slightly on the tag. Let it dry.
- Cut "wish" and a small swirl from the transfer sheet. Place in water for 1 minute, then remove the transfers and blot with a clean paper towel. Let dry. Arrange the transfers over the round tag for placement. Use the paint brush to apply a thin coat of Diamond Glaze to the back of the transfer pieces and adhere them in place. Trim the edges evenly with the round tag. Apply a thin coat of Diamond Glaze over the outside of the tag to seal it. Add tags to the chain.
