- Cover the top of the card front with 3" of the red paper, cover the bottom half of the card front with 3 1/2" of the black and grey diamond paper. Ink the edges.
- Place the large medallion Dazzle™ with the scalloped edges, centered over the paper seams. Adhere the smooth edged medallion Dazzle™ to black paper and the small flower to red paper. Cut around the edges of the Dazzles™ and layer them using foam tape.
- Adhere a swirl Dazzle™ to each side of the focal, overlapping the paper seams. Adhere the "Celebrate" Dazzle on the lower right corner, as shown.
- Inside the card: Glue a row of the diamonds paper to the bottom of the inside back. Cut a 3/4" strip of red paper, ink the edges and glue just overlapping the diamonds. Attach a Dazzle™ as shown.
