- With the fold at the left, cut 1 3/4" off of the card front. Cut a 3/4" strip of purple paper and glue to the right of the fold. Cut 2 1/2" of the blue circles paper and glue next to the purple strip. Attach a purple ribbon border overlapping the paper seams. Ink the edges of the card.
- Adhere the scalloped Dazzle™ to the aqua blue paper and cut out. Adhere the smooth edge Dazzle™ to the purple paper and the small flower to aqua paper and cut out. Layer the Dazzles using foam tape and glue to the card front as shown. Attach the "hello" above the focal.
- Inside the card: Cover the inside with the purple paper and ink the edges. Attach two swirls to each of the outside corners, as shown.
