- Place your card so the fold is at the top. Glue the pink paper to the front and trim the excess. Glue the green floral paper centered on the pink paper. Open your card and place on a cutting surface. Use a craft knife to cut out the window, leaving a green mat.
- Glue the top and bottom corners of the pink diamond in the window. Glue the tip of the "Happy Birthday" tag to the back of the diamond and to the front of the card. Foam tape the cake in the center of the diamond frame.
- Inside the card: Sign and glue the "Given to you with love…" diamond to the back of the pink diamond frame. Glue the pink and green stripes paper to the inside and trim the excess. Glue the "Take a deep breath…" greeting in the center of the stripes so the cake diamond hides it when the card is closed.
- Use the extra art to decorate your envelope.
