Cookie Bag

  1. Fill a cellophane bag with small, homemade cookies. Cut a 6” tall strip of brown striped paper and cut to the width of your bag. Fold the paper in half to create a header for the bag.
  2. Cut a 2” wide strip of white cardstock, cut to the same width as the header. Stamp a brown border at the top and bottom edges. Stamp “From My Kitchen with Love” on the right side. Glue the strip centered on the striped header.
  3. Lightly sand the embossed areas of the cookie jar. Use glue to secure the jar to the left side of the white strip. Secure a red heart brad at the top of the jar.
  4. Fold over the top of the cellophane bag. Sandwich the top of the bag between the header. Staple twice on each side of the header lower edge. Use the ribbon to tie a bow and glue at the bottom of the header.
