- Cover the card front with the paisley paper. Cut a 3" strip of striped paper, mat with blue glimmer paper and attach to the card front 1" from the bottom.
- Place the large medallion and two smaller medallions on burgundy paper. Follow the stitching instructions on the back of the package. Use the cross-stitch, Rhodes stitch and French knots. Cut out the stickers.
- Layer the large medallion, a blue flower and then a small medallion with foam tape, attach it to the paper seams on the right side of the card. Attach another small medallion to a tag with foam tape and adhere to the lower left of the card.
- Cut out a small label and adhere the "hi" to the center. Attach it below the large medallion. Attach a corner design above the tag, as shown.
