- Cover the card front with the yellow paper. Cut a 2 ½" strip of the striped paper and attach it to the bottom of the card. Trim the edges.
- Place the gift stickers, hat and stars on orange and green paper. Place the border sticker on a 1 ½" strip of orange paper. Follow the stitching instructions on the back of the package. Cut out the presents, hat and stars.
- Attach the border strip to the left side of the card front. Attach the two presents with foam tape to the yellow portion of the card. Place the stars above them. Attach the hat and another star to a yellow tag with a "celebrate" cut out. Glue the tag to the lower left of the card. Attach a ribbon bow next to the tag.
