- Cover top and bottom flaps with yellow paper. Trim even with the edges. Open the coin envelope flats and apply glue to back. Lay flat on the striped paper and trim.
- Secure layered flowers to the top flap with a brad. Stamp both tags. Mat the large tag on black cardstock to make firm. Glue under flap to extend down over envelope
