Stamp the pet's name on a blue label tag punch-out. Add a black mini brad to the tab and glue the tag to the strip. Computer journal "Taking Care Of' on white cardstock and crop to individual words. Ink the edges, then mat on red texture paper and ink the edges. Glue the phrase above the pet's name. Add the red heart brad to the "woof" Brad Buddy(tm), then Zot(tm) the Brad Buddy(tm) to the top of the bag. 3) Tag: Ink the edges of two 3/4"-wide strips of striped paper and glue them across the front of the tag, one at the top and one at the bottom. Glue the dog food punch-out to the left end of the top strip and add a bone brad. Glue the fire hydrant punch-out to the right end of the bottom strip. Add two paw print brads between the strips. Computer journal words and a block of pet care instructions on white cardstock, then ink the edges of each. Mat on red texture paper and ink the edges. Glue the words throughout the front of the tag and glue the instructions to the back side. Run red ribbon through the hole at the top of the tag and knot the ends to form a loop. Monster Party Project: Decorated Tag in a Bag Supplies: - Sara's Surfaces(tm) Tag in a Bag - Halloween Finished in a Flash!(tm) - black wire - Journaling Acrylic Stamps - 2"x6" Acrylic Block - black ink pad - 1/16" hole punch - foam tape - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Bag: Cut a 3 3/8"x4 1/2" piece from the corner of the striped web paper, including the web. Tear off the bottom edge and ink the remaining edges, then glue to the front of the bag. Foam tape a spider punch-out over the web. Add an orange mini brad to each end of the "party" punch-out, then foam tape it in the bottom right corner of the bag. Glue the "monster" arrow punch-out pointing down at the word "party". 2) Punch a hole in each top corner of the front of the bag. Wrap wire around a pen or pencil to make a coil. Run the ends of the coil through the punched holes, then wrap the wire ends around the coil to hold the handle in place. Zot(tm) a bow of black ribbon over each end of the coiled handle. 3) Tag: Tear the bottom off a 3"x4" piece of lime texture paper, then ink the edges. Glue to the front of the tag. Stamp words and lines on the lime paper for party details. Add two black bat brads to the top of the tag. Computer journal "you're invited!" on a blank orange punch-out and foam tape it to the top of the lime paper. Glue candy punch-outs to the bottom of the tag. Holding the bags together, punch two holes in the bottom of all four bags. 2) Tear the right edge off a 5"x3" piece of tan lace paper. Ink the edges and glue to the front of a bag. Computer journal "For Mom" on a blank rose tag and glue it to the lace paper. Add a green gingham brad to a pink silk flower. Zot(tm) the flower, three buttons and a bow of white ribbon to the bag. 3) Cut and ink the edges of six 5"x3" pieces of various pink papers, then glue to the front and back of each bag. Ink the edges of quotes and glue one to each paper piece. Embellish with silk flowers, ribbons, buttons and brads. 4) Cover all four tags front and back with coordinating papers. Glue quotes to the tags, embellish and knot ribbon through the tabs, then slip the tags in the bags. 5) Hold all four bags together and insert loose leaf rings through the punched holes. Close the rings, then knot various ribbons around each. Snap Shot Pocket Purse Project: Decorated Pocket - Sara's Surfaces(tm) Just A Pocket - Retro 8"x8" Papers - Retro Embellish-abilities(tm) - Black Words Rub-Ons - brown embroidery floss - brown ink pad - 3/4" circle punch - craft knife, cutting mat Instructions: 1) Place the unfolded surface on a cutting mat and cut a 1/2"-long slit near each end of the closure flap's fold. Cover both sides of the closure flap with lime dotted paper and ink the edges. 2) Run the ends of a 5" brown ribbon length through the slits and secure the ends to the inside panel. Cover the inside panel, the back panel and the bottom panel with pink texture paper and ink the edges. 3) Insert a brown big brad about 1" down on the bottom panel. Add the "snapshot" rub-on to pink paper and punch to a 3/4" circle. Glue the circle on the big brad. Fold up the bottom panel and glue it in place to form the pocket. Ink the edges of a 1/2"-wide strip of pink/lime striped paper and glue it across the bottom of the bottom panel. 4) Tuck the closure flap behind the big brad to close. Computer journal the name on pink paper, crop to a tag shape and ink the edges. Run embroidery floss through the tag's tab and around the ribbon handle. Glue the tag in place on the closure flap. Computer journal "a gift for you" on a blank punch-out and glue centered on the strip. 6) Glue the "just because" punch-out in the bottom right corner of the striped paper. Chalk the edges of the paper. Mat a 2 3/4"x2" photo on light green paper and chalk the edges. Glue the photo in the top left corner of the words paper. Glue the paper to the pocket's front panel. Zot(tm) a bow of green ribbon to the bottom of the paper piece. 3) Cit a 4" square of red holly paper in half, then glue one half to each inside panel, meeting in the middle. 4) Glue a 1 1/2"-wide strip of striped paper even with the bottom of a 4 3/4" square of red holly paper. Run green ribbon across the seam between the two papers, then glue the papers to the pocket inside. Zot(tm) a bow of green ribbon to the ribbon length. 5) Write on a blank label punch-out and add a red mini brad to each end. Foam tape the label to the red holly paper. Just Married Project: Decorated Matchbook Supplies: - Sara's Surfaces(tm) Matchbook Pocket - 8"x8" Wedding Papers - Cardmaker's Earth's Palette Ribbons - Pewter Entwined Heart Brads - foam tape - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Cover the front panel of the matchbook with tan words paper. cover the back panel with tan paper and the bottom flap with tan striped paper. Wrap gold sheer ribbon around the front panel, tying the ends to a bow on the front of the pocket. 2) Add an entwined heart brad to the "just married" cut-out. Foam tape the cut-out to the right side of the pocket front, over the ribbon length. 3) Cover the two inside panels with tan paper. Glue a 2 1/4"x4 3/4" piece of tan floral paper to each inside panel. 4) Cover the inside of the pocket with tan dotted paper. Apply glue behind the left, bottom and right sides of the rose cut-out, then glue to the bottom of the dotted paper to create a pocket. Zot(tm) a bow of gold sheer ribbon to the bottom of the cut-out. Beach Photos Project: Decorated Matchbook Supplies: - Sara's Surfaces(tm) Matchbook Pocket - At the Beach Finished in a Flash!(tm) - Denim, Bottle & Terra Cotta Alcohol Inks - black pen - table salt - cosmetic wedge - small Zots(tm) Instructions: 1) Place the unfolded pocket glossy side up. Drop Denim alcohol ink onto the glossy surface, tilting the surface to allow the ink to randomly cover the surface. Sprinkle salt onto the wet ink and let dry; brush off salt. Use a cosmetic wedge to apply Denim ink to the matte side of the surface; let dry. 2) Triple mat a small photo on aqua, then blue, then aqua papers. Glue the photo to the front panel of the matchbook. Write "photos" on the beach pail Brad Buddy(tm) and add the brads. Zot(tm) the pail in the bottom right corner of the photo. Zot(tm) a bow of yellow ribbon to the pail. 3) Cover the bottom panel of the matchbook with striped paper, then add Denim ink to the edges. 4) Glue the flip flop border punch-out across the back of the matchbook's front panel. Glue photos to aqua paper, then mat on white cardstock. With the photos stacked, add a sun brad to the top left corner of the stack and tie the stack with aqua ribbon.
