- Cover the card front with the dark blue diamond paper, trim the edges even with the card.
- Cut a 3 ½"x3 ¼" rectangle of purple words paper and mat with black glimmer paper. Add silver mini brads to the four corners of the rectangle. Glue to the font of the card. Cut out a blue tag, attach the hat Dazzle™ to the bottom and a silver brad to the top. Attach centered on the rectangle with foam tape.
- Use the transfer sheet to pick up the "Happy Birthday" and place centered on the bottom of the card front.
