- Cover the card front with the pink striped border paper, keep the border on the top. Cut out the striped border art and attach near the bottom of the card. Ink the edges of the card.
- Cut a ¾" strip of pink vellum and use the transfer sheet to pick up the "happy Birthday" and place it on the vellum. Attach the vellum centered on the striped border at the top of the card.
- Cut a 3 ½"x3" rectangle of pink vellum, ink the edges and attach centered on the tan portion of the card front. Cut out the tan ribbon art, ink the edges and attach over the vellum rectangle.
- Cover a lowercase "b" monogram with brown glimmer paper. Use your craft knife to cut out the monogram. Use the transfer sheet to pick up the "celebrate" and place on the "b". Glue to the center of the vellum rectangle.
