Happy Birthday to You
Project: Card
Supplies:

- 5"x6 1/2" blank white card
- yellow cardstock
- black pen
- black ink pad
- small Zots(tm)
Instructions:
1) Place the card with the fold at the top. Cover the card front with pink color block paper, placing the yellow dots against the bottom edge and leaving the bottom edge unglued. Ink the edges of the card front. Run yellow ribbon across the bottom of the card, attaching the ends to the back side of the paper. Add a lime brad to each ribbon end, then finish gluing the paper to the card front.
2) Write "happy birthday to" across the top of the card front. 
3) Mat "Y", "U" and "!" monograms on yellow cardstock. Add two lime mini brads to the "Y" and glue it to the left side of the card front. Zot(tm) a knot of yellow ribbon to the left side of the "Y". Add a lime brad to a yellow flower and Zot(tm) it to the right of they "Y". Attach an asterisk punch-out to the right side of the "U" with a lime mini brad, then glue the "U" to the right of the flower. Glue the "!" to the right of the "U". 


Maui
Project: 12"x12" page

Instructions:
1) Place the teal paper with the diamond border at the bottom. Mat a 5"x7" photo on white cardstock, leaving a 1/2" border on the top and bottom edges. Glue 3/8"-wide strips of striped paper across the top and bottom edges of the mat. Add three mini brads across the left end of the top strip. Computer journal the date on white cardstock, crop to a tag shape and attach it to the right end of the bottom strip with a mini brad. Add two more mini brads to the bottom strip.
2) Mat monograms to spell "Maui" on white cardstock. Fold pink gingham ribbon around the left side of the "M" and hold in place with a mini brad. Add two mini brads to the right side of the "u". Glue the letters in the top right corner of the page. Dot the "i" with a silk flower, attached with a brad.
3) Mat two small photos on white cardstock and glue them at varying angles below "Maui". Computer journal the place names on white cardstock and attach around the photos with mini brads.
4) Mat an asterisk punch-out on white cardstock and layer it on top of a lime flower. Attach the flower between the small photos with a yellow brad.


U Before the Show

- Swirls Acrylic Stamps
- 2"x6" Acrylic Block
- white cardstock
- yellow embroidery floss
- black ink pad
- white ink pad
Instructions:
1) Place a sheet of orange paper with the diamond border on the right. Mat two vertical photos, one large and one small, on white cardstock. Glue the large photo just left of the page border and the small photo overlapping the top left corner. Computer journal in three strips on white cardstock and ink the edges of each. Glue two strips above the large photo and one overlapping the bottom right corner.
2) Stamp swirls in white down the left side of the page. Stamp more white swirls on "U", "S", "H" and "W" monograms, then mat the monograms on white cardstock. Tie yellow ribbon around the left side of the "U" and glue it to the left of the small photo. Tie sheer pink ribbon around the "S", then attach the remaining monograms across the bottom of the page, leaving space between the "H" and "W". Layer two flowers and attach them in the space with a brad in the center.
3) Attach a large orange flower to the left side of the page with 7 mini brads in the center. Attach a smaller orange flower in the bottom left corner of the page with a yellow brad.
4) Computer journal "before the" on white cardstock and crop to a tag shape. Run embroidery floss through the tag's tab and knot the ends to form a loop. Loop the floss around the brad in the center of the smaller orange flower, then glue the tag in place on the page.


Real Beauty: Left Page
Supplies:

- 1/8" hole punch
- small Zots(tm)
1) Place a sheet of lime paper with the striped border at the bottom. Glue a 9 1/4"x7" photo even with the right edge of the page. Add squiggly teal penwork surrounding the edges of the photo.
2) Punch various holes in yellow monograms to spell "beauty". Mat the monograms on white cardstock and glue around the top left corner of the photo. Add a blue brad to the center of the "e". Write "Real" in black to the left of "beauty". 
3) Attach a layered asterisk punch-out, blue flower and orange flower in the bottom left corner of the photo with an orange brad. 
4) Add four brads above the top right edge of the photo. Knot 8 various ribbon lengths and Zot(tm) them along the bottom right edge of the photo.

Real Beauty: Right Page

Instructions:
1) Place a sheet of lime paper with the striped border on the right. Glue a 4"x6" photo even with the top left edge of the striped border. Glue a 7"x5" photo to the bottom of the page. Add squiggly penwork surrounding the edges of the photos. Add an orange brad to both left corners of the top photo and a yellow brad to all four corners of the bottom photo. Zot(tm) four ribbon knots down the right side of the top photo.
2) Computer journal a small block on white cardstock and crop, leaving extra space along the top and bottom. Mat on yellow cardstock. Use a brad to attach a silk flower centered at the top of the journaling, then add a mini brad to each side. Add three brads along the bottom of the journaling. Glue the journaling to the left of the top photo.
3) Attach two silk flowers to the bottom of the page border with brads.

Mr. & Mrs.
Project: 12"x12" page

Instructions:
1) Place a sheet of blue color block paper with the long green dotted block at the top. Mat a 7"x5" photo on yellow cardstock and glue in the top left corner of the page, just under the yellow dots. Run yellow ribbon across the page, just below the photo, attaching the ends to the back side of the paper.
2) Mat three small photos of the same size: One on pink texture paper, one on yellow cardstock and one on orange cardstock. Glue the photos to lime texture paper, one above the other, then trim a 1/4" border around the edges. Glue the small photos down the top right corner of the page.
3) Computer journal on yellow cardstock, then mat on orange cardstock. Glue the journaling in the bottom right corner of the page.
4) Punch out an "M", two "R"s, an "S" and an "&" monogram. Glue strips of paper diagonally on the "M" and "S". Write the year and glue a yellow ribbon tab behind the lefts side of one "R". Glue the letters to spell "Mr. & Mrs." in the bottom left corner of the page. Add two mini brads to the other "R". Zot(tm) a knot of yellow ribbon to the "&".
5) Layer yellow and lime silk flowers and use an orange brad to attach them to the ribbon, centered below the photo. Computer journal on orange cardstock and crop to two tag shapes. Glue one tag to the left of the flowers and the other next to "Mr. & Mrs.".
